Registration Information

We offer one-day a week classes held on Wednesdays and Thursdays for Kinder-12th grade.

We also offer three-day a week classes for 1st-5th grade on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-2pm.

All of our classes are taught by highly qualified teachers in a small classroom environment -new location for upcoming school year at Faith Springs Baptist Church in Pearland on O’day Road.

How to Register for Classes:

  • PHSA Schedules are located under the Class Schedule tab.
  • Click on the class name for class information, fees and tuition amount.
  • To register for a class, simply add it to your cart and then pay for the necessary fees online.
  • There will be a one-time fee of $125 per family for registration, increase in registration fees to cover new overhead costs for PHSA.
  • There will also be a one-time supply fee per class. This does not include the textbooks for the class, unless stated.  Please refer to the class heading for textbook information.
  • One-day a week Fees for Classes – You will need to pay for May tuition upon registering for classes. Tuition will then be due the first Wednesday of each month, Sept.-April (32 weeks). There will be a $20 late fee per class, if tuition is not paid by the end of class on the first Wednesday of each month.
  • 3-day a Week Fees for ClassesYou must speak to the PHSA Director for child placement before you register for the 3-day a week classes.
    Registration Fees: $125 One-time fee per family, non-refundable.
    Tuition: $380 per month per child; Aug-May, 10 months; (tuition is Non-refundable)

     *May Tuition (Last month’s Tuition) is due in advance in the amount of $380, before the 17-18 school year begins.   May tuition will be due by Thurs., June 15th.

     *August Tuition is due in advance in the amount of $380, before the 17-18 school year begins.  August tuition will be due by Mon., July 17th. 

    Supply Fees: $425 Building & Supply Fee-Non-refundable: Includes Building Use Fee, All Textbooks and Supplies for the school year.

    *The registration and book/supply fees are due by Mon., May 15th.

    Prerequisites: ***If you are new to PHSA, you must contact Mrs. McWhirter, PHSA Director before registering your student for grade placement.

    ***You must pay the supply fees and return all completed necessary forms by the designated dates for your child’s registration to be completed.  If this is not completed, your child could be withdrawn from PHSA.***

    Registration is now open for the 2017-2018 school year.

  • Make TUITION payment here:

    All tuition payments must be made on the first school day of each month by 4:00pm. Any payments made after the first school day of each month must add the $20 late fee per class. Select the amount for each class from the drop-down box and "Add to Cart". In the cart, you can update the number of items. Add fees for each class, then "Check Out" to pay fees.
