Class Description:

This class will be a colorful, age-appropriate presentation of social studies that integrates civics, culture, economics, geography, and history.  Your children will chronologically traverse United States history, starting with the first American settlers and concluding with the Obama administration.

Homework:Reading from the Textbook, assigned exercises in the workbook, plus occasionally a small project to do at home.
Evaluation:Grades are made up of class participation, daily work, homework, extra credit activities, and chapter quizzes. A Progress Report will be sent home each semester as well as an end of the year cumulative grade
