Class Description: Teaching Textbooks helps students learn in a very simple manner with its lessons building upon each other. The approach makes for interested rather than intimidated learners. Teaching Textbooks works great for students who need steady learning and solid explanations for what they are doing and why they are doing it. It can completely change a bad attitude towards math and the student finishes with a great understanding! This course makes a very challenging area of homeschooling an absolute BREEZE. This course will include fractions, decimals, percents, simple geometry (e.g. area and perimeter), units of measure, probability, bar and circle graphs, and equation-solving.

Homework will consist of 2-3 lessons per week from the text.
